Hotel repair FAQs.
Can the hotel stay open?
Yes. Candy works on-site and can schedule repairs room by room or floor by floor around room access and hotel operations.
What guest-room furniture do you repair?
We repair approved guest-room casegoods such as dressers, nightstands, desks, headboards, wardrobes and similar serviceable furniture. We confirm the exact pieces during scope review.
What damage is included in the standard program?
Typical approved work includes scratches, scuffs, dents, nicks, gouges, chips, damaged edges, crushed corners, minor water damage, minor frame damage, and spot color and finish correction.
What needs a separate review?
Missing parts, mechanical or hardware repairs, severe water or swelling damage, major structural work, full refinishing, entry doors, complete solid-color cabinet repaints, public-area furniture, millwork and specialty surfaces may need a separate scope and price. We’ll identify that work before you approve a proposal.
How fast can a team work when rooms are available?
Approximately 15 rooms per day, per team, is a typical planning target when rooms are accessible. Actual production depends on the approved scope and room access.
What is the starting deposit?
The questionnaire provides a planning-range starting deposit only after one successful submission. Candy reviews scope, travel, access, damage and any additional work before confirming an actual proposal and starting deposit. The website does not collect payment.
Do you provide before-and-after photos?
Yes. Before-and-after photos are included so your team can review the completed work.
Can you travel for hotel projects?
Yes. Candy Restoration plans on-site hotel furniture repair projects nationwide. Travel and location are reviewed before the final proposal.
